Terms of Service

By creating an order, uploading photos, or purchasing CredibleShot, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

You may upload only photos of yourself or another adult who has expressly authorized you to upload and transform the photos using AI. You represent that you own the photos or have all permissions needed for CredibleShot and its providers to process them as described in the Privacy Policy.

CredibleShot uses automated and human-assisted tools to assess reference photos and generate professional headshots. Clear, front-facing identity photos are required. Unsuitable photos may be rejected before checkout.

AI output varies. We work to preserve identity, but results may contain differences or defects and are not guaranteed to match a particular pose, wardrobe, background, or appearance exactly. Generated images are not official identity documents.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and private order links or tokens. Tell support promptly if you believe an account or order has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for information submitted through your account.

Prices and included output counts are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, and valid discounts are reflected during checkout. You authorize the displayed one-time charge when you submit payment.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Redo and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You retain your rights in uploaded photos. You grant CredibleShot and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, analyze, modify, and generate from those photos solely to operate, secure, support, and fulfill your order, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must be retained temporarily in backups or for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute purposes.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and these Terms, you may use delivered headshots for lawful personal and professional purposes. You are responsible for how you publish or represent generated images and for complying with platform, employer, and industry rules.

You may not use CredibleShot to:

• Upload or transform a minor's photo.
• Use a person's image without authorization.
• Impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person.
• Create unlawful, explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
• Misrepresent a generated image as a government credential or verified evidence.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent service security or limits.
• Resell the service or use it to train another model without written permission.

We may reject content, pause generation, suspend access, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, comply with law, or address fraud or security concerns. Any refund in that situation depends on the reason for cancellation and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredibleShot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. CredibleShot's aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
