Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the CredibleShot website, accounts, uploads, payments, customer support, and AI headshot generation service. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

• Account and contact information: email address, name when provided, authentication provider details, login sessions, and support communications.
• Photos and results: uploaded reference photos, file information, photo-quality assessments, generated headshots, and review or support notes.
• Order information: selected style and package, order status, promotion information, consent records, and download or fulfillment activity.
• Payment information: transaction identifiers, amount, payment status, refunds, and disputes. Stripe processes card details; CredibleShot does not receive or store your complete card number.
• Technical and security information: IP-derived request information, browser or device data, timestamps, cookies, rate-limit records, and audit events used to operate and protect the service.
• Marketing measurement: when you allow analytics, an anonymous browser identifier, landing page, referring page, campaign parameters, page progress, selected style or package, checkout start, and completed purchase value. When you separately allow advertising, supported advertising click identifiers may also be retained. Photo content, photo filenames, and complete card details are not included in marketing analytics.

Uploaded photos contain facial features and may be sensitive personal information. CredibleShot and its service providers process them for the specific purpose of checking whether a photo is suitable, preserving the depicted person's likeness, generating the purchased headshots, reviewing output quality, preventing abuse, and providing support.

CredibleShot does not use the service to identify an unknown person against a face database, determine eligibility for employment or credit, infer health or other sensitive traits, or conduct surveillance. CredibleShot does not sell facial images or facial data and does not use customer uploads to train its own general-purpose public AI model.

Before checkout, the customer must provide express consent to this processing and confirm that every depicted person is an adult who has authorized the upload and AI transformation.

• Provide, personalize, generate, deliver, and support your order.
• Authenticate accounts and recover unfinished or completed orders.
• Process payments, refunds, disputes, and promotion eligibility.
• Protect customers, enforce usage rules, investigate abuse, and secure the service.
• Measure reliability, diagnose failures, and improve prompts and workflows.
• With your permission, measure which pages and campaigns lead to orders and improve CredibleShot marketing.
• Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, including to:

• Cloud hosting, database, private storage, monitoring, and email providers.
• AI image and photo-quality providers that process selected uploads and prompts to generate or assess your order.
• Stripe for checkout, payments, refunds, and fraud prevention.
• Google or email authentication providers when you choose those login methods.
• Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when legally required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Optional analytics or advertising tags are loaded only according to the choices you make in the cookie preferences control. Advertising tags are not active merely because the control exists; they must also be separately configured by CredibleShot.

We retain uploads and generated results while needed to fulfill the order, provide account access and support, address disputes, protect the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Draft-order photos are deleted when the customer discards that order. A customer may request deletion of an account, uploads, or results by contacting support.

CredibleShot does not intentionally retain a reusable faceprint or biometric identification template. If facial feature data is created transiently by an AI provider, it is used only to perform the requested service and is subject to the provider's processing and retention controls. Limited transaction, consent, security, and audit records may be retained after content deletion when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

CredibleShot uses access controls, private cloud storage, encrypted transport, authentication, rate limits, audit records, and restricted administrative access. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing invalid and may prevent us from completing an active order.

Send requests to support@credibleshot.ai. We may need to verify your identity and order access. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You can change optional analytics and advertising choices at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Essential storage needed for security, login, orders, and checkout cannot be disabled through that control.

CredibleShot is for adults age 18 and older. Do not upload photos of minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, presented for renewed consent.
